Can I use these plugs on my 300E or will they do some sort of damage to the engine because their not the German brand, Bosch?? Yes I know that Bosch is OEM and the best to use, but this is what they had at Autozone at the time so I bought 6 of em. Their currently gapped at .32 (factory specs) Should I open them up alittle more if I can indeed put these plugs in??

Not sure where you're located Agron, but the AutoZone close to my house carries the Bosch CU core plugs. Picked up my last set for the ridiculous price of .59 each. Getting rid of the plats that were in there and replacing them with the proper CU core plugs made a difference in the way the old gal ran. If the heat range is correct and properly gapped the Motocraft plugs will do, but see if you can locate the CU core Bosch plugs (and do not use platinums, your car wasn't designed for them)
