Quick help needed with euro light conversion

I just got my new headlamps in and put it in the new osram silverstars that i bought. but my wiring harness doesnt match with the new headlight. i figured if that was going to be the case that the manufacturer would have sent me a wire harness that would convert it. how can i either rig this today or but a harness over night? thanks

this is what i just rigged until i get a harness. the headlamps work, but the bad weather lights (located next to the grill on each side) wont light up. maybe someone knows the correct sequence of what wires i should connect with what male ends. thanks

You are already half way there. You don't need an adapter harness. Simply move the pins around in the original connector block and press the cap back onto the block.

I used an ohmmeter to determine which pin of the headlight assembly went to which light and marked it down. Then I used a voltmeter to determine which pin provides which function. Then simply rearranged the pins in the connector and plugged it in. No big deal.

Good luck,

For the black block (6 pin for euros) on the harness, just go to the dealer and ask for the one for the tail lights (same spacing).

The wiring (pin #) should be as follows:

Old Color New
2 brown 2
4 white 4
3 yellow 5
1 green 6

Hope that helps.
