Crowe and Mike Tangas
Mike, I'm sure you made an error in intsructing that the P/S Fluid level will lower after the engine has started and the fliud goes some where. NO NO, there are no some wheres, the system is always filled with fluid, the fluid level is the same except for thermal expansion, it does not lower after running. I felt you were referring to a low level from a leak.
Crowe, now you see why I use Valvoline Synthetic P/S Fluid ---$$$$ and it is better. I know it has to be better because it is clear in color not that urna----yellow. Happy Trails Beep Beep from clear pp Houston Donald, now my eyes are clear |
Only in this instance Don...
I said that the fluid would drop after filling, based on Crowes description of how low it had gotten. Fully expected the system to be full of air, and that as the air was bled out, the level would drop.

Now I imagine Crowe understands it better. I knew what you meant but I wasn't sure Crowe did. We are here to help each other not pick at a fellow Benz brothers. I hope when I leave out an assumption someone helps me be more complete.
