My heater blower fan stopped working. I tried to check the fuse but the fuse box cover has a cryptic note saying something like "Blower fuse outside box" Where is it?

Black plastic fuse holder mounted to "fake" firewall in front of brake master cylinder. Cover opens & has 30A strip fuse held in with phillips screws. Don't forget fuse # 5 in main fuse box also.

Fuses OK but blower still doesn't work

Checked both fuses (No. 5 and the 30 amp strip fuse) and tightened the strip fuse. Blower still doesn't come on. What else can I check?

30A strip gets power from the ignition switch & powers the blower motor, is there power on fuse with key on? There is an electronic blower control unit inside the blower housing that supplies GROUND to blower motor. Blower housing can be accessed by removing the pass side under dash cover.
