Steel Braided Hydraulic Clutch Line?
Has anyone heard of any DIY's using a steel braided hydraulic clutch line? People use them for brakes, but can you use them for your clutch line?
My clutch hydraulic lines are dead and rotten...this may be time for a slight upgrade. Thanks, Brian |

Steel braided hydraulic lines don’t expand under high pressure. Some energy from the braking force is wasted with the expansion of conventional lines. I use them on my motorcycle. A hydraulic clutch is low pressure so steel braided lines will make no difference (except in price).
