seat belt presenter
 

My S500 coup seat belt presenter just went out. No warning no sign before hand. both driver side and passenger side extended about half way and stoped. will not go back in or out. you can hear a motor or the sound of a motor in the panel where the extender arm comes out. It blew a fuse I replaced the fuse and they went back in automaticly but blew another fuse. now you can hear the motor again as if it is bringing it out to you but nothing happens. Now what should I look for and do to fix the problem. I hate trying to be a pretzel to retrieve the belts.
