85 380 SE Idling higher lately
Our reliable 380 SE just started idiling to about 1200 rpm out of gear, 800 in gear. Was close to 550+ in gear.
Reving it or driving longer it does not impact it much. I pulled off the air cleaner housing and did a quick check of vacuum lines and other connections. Lubed throttle linkages. Any ideas what to check for next? About 170K on motor. Thanks, Steve |

Same problem with mine. I replaced the idle control module (black box on the firewall) and that solved it.
