Exclamation 190e Vs 300e

Please Help! Recently Wrecked My 1991 300e And Have Found A Nice 190e. Are Parts Interchangeable? I Have just Replaced Spark Plugs, Wires, Rotor, Alternator, Battery, Tires And The Belt. Can I Take These Off My 300 And Use Them On The 190? How About Electrical Such As Window Motors And Such? Please Help!!!

There are quite a few interchangeable parts between the W124 300E and the W201 190E. I would suggest getting the free Performance Products catalog, that has the parts listing for both cars in one edition and check their part number (they don't use the MB numbers) for a guide.

if the 300e has the m103 engine and the 190e has the m103 engine then you should be able to transfer quite a few mechanical parts. but if the 190e is the 2.3 liter 4 cylynder, I don;t think youc an trasfer any parts fromt he 300e mechanically.

M102 is a four cylinder version of the M103.

W201 used different tires than W124.

Yanola, would you be parting out the 300E?
If so, I would like to be first in line for a few parts.
