I have noticed a small amount of oil on top of the breather (103 engine) where the breather hose enters the top of the breather. Always a small amount. Any reason for concern?

i'm no tech but it seem like no problem to me. take off your oil cap and rev the engine up. drops of oil will splatter everywere. also, when the oil heats up it will cause condensation just like boiling water. as long as thier is not a pool of oil dripping into your filter housing i doubt you have a problem.
good luck,
adam

May indicate a blowby condition. Keep an eye on it. If you feel so inclined, check the compression and do a leakdown test. If it's a small amount, just keep an eye. You could also change the air filter element, if it's dirty.

I think that jeff is right on the money.

Good luck,
