2000 c230k trans. service

Anyone know what type of transmission is in this car? There is a link to a DIY and it notes the 722.6 in a 97 c230. The process looks easy enough , but I just want to make sure I have everything I need, and is it worth having a shop do it due to my schedule.

Yes, you have the 722.6 transmission.
Servicing it is easy enough, the trick is to re-fill it to the PROPER level.
The dealer measures the correct level ( at the correct temperature ) via a special tool.
FWIW, I had mine done at the dealer.

Manny, your the best! by the way what does FWIW mean. I have thought of having the dealer do it as well as having the fault's checked and cleared. Everythig else I can do at home. Thanks againfor your help.
