The transmission cooler line at the passenger side of the engine has minor leaks at the plastic clamp or washer? that close to the oil pan for my 99 C230 Kompressor. Should I replace the line or it is possible to replace that small round part?

Thanks! Do I need to change the transmission fluid when I replace the line? It has 50K now. Or once the line is disconnected, some transmission fluid will run out?
