OK I have new calapers on the front new brake pads on the front and new brake hoses on all 4 wheels..I had a terrible (bounce?) on the front right handside tire at about 35 to 40 mph. now the bounce is gone and it makes that noise when you step on the brakes and it wants to pull to the right. could this be a bad rotor?

the tie rods, lower balljoints, new tires, new calapers, hoses, brake pads and a new front windshield wiper transmission and wiper motor (I know that has nothing to do with the bounce)

the car wants to eat all the spare cash I have.

Sounds as if you need new struts/shock absorbers for the bounce as well as having tires balanced.
As for the pull under braking. What shape are the tires in? Low tread depth will exacerbate any alignment flaws. A high quality alignment shop with MB experience is preffered. Were the brake lines bled properly? A little air in the opposite side brake line would cause an imbalance of pressure being applied to the front brakes. A caliper with frozen piston(s) could be the problem, but less likely, I suppose.
Sounds like a fun problem to diagnose and fix. NOT so much fun to drive in its present condition. The subject is "rotors" the only part that DOESN'T seem to be the problem! Did you replace one rotor and not the other? Are the pads wearing evenly inner pad to outer pad as well as left side to right side?

the shocks are new..tie rods tires and center drag link in less than 1 month and less than 1000 miles

could it be the control arm or rotor
it only happens when you step on the brake now..before it would act up 35 to 40 then stop

the calipers were 18 years old and worn out..replaced them with MBZ the pads on both sides were shot and when tried to put the new pads in no luck so both front calipers were replaced and all 4 brake hoses replaced

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the problem. What is Bounce? Help me out, as I'm a bit slow. Describe the circumstances under which the problem occurs and exactly what happens when it does. Please be as specific and as detailed as possible. I'll try to help.

when I drive down the street and get to a speed of 35 to 40 miles per hour the right side tire (front) starts a bounce like a vibration.(feels like the wheel is loose but its not) up and down. now that I have new calipers it only happens when I step on the brakes and let up on the brake but if I keep my foot on the brake it stops.

in the last 6 months my car has had a new front windshiled..tires..tie rods..center drag link..front calapers..brake pads (front) 4 new brake hoses..

plus had the car shipped from one end of the earth to the other..new muffler..

last year the car has new fly wheel..spark plugs..filters..oil changes..fuel pump relay..fuel pump..gas tank hoses (both)..idle control valve..idle control relay..

what else does this car have an attitude for?*LOL*

I have not got a clue. The wheel bounces up and down only when you brake??????? Not wiggles side to side - left to right but HOPS! Up and down, like skipping?
Sorry, friend but I wouldn't even hazard a guess. If you've replaced the shocks/struts recently there's no way that wheel should bounce. Is there a spot on the rotor that may have been contaminated by grease/oil/solvent? I mean do the physics in your head.
What would allow a wheel to bounce under the stress of breaking? It's gotta be a loose suspension part, a worn shock dampener, or a rotor (least likely?) with an arc of its circle that is nearly frictionless.
Go to another technician. The guy who's doing your work on the front end must be an idiot. The condition you describe sounds very unsafe. I can't believe a qualified technician let your car out of his garage.

I had a problem similar to this. It was caused by the road wheel not mating flat to the hub flange due to a ding at the edge of the hub flange. The ding then causes the wheel to rotate with a slight throwout which gives the impression of bounce but is in fact wheel wobble.

Check the mating surfaces of the road wheel and hub flange for imperfections, and try jacking up the offending wheel and look for wobble/throwout while turning it by hand, using some fixed object or point as an indicator close to the outer diameter of the wheel rim.
