W126 Brake Reaction/Guide Rods: Grease?
Hi, I repaired the guide rod sockets on my car after I bought it last year, they were both making bumping noise on braking. I installed a repair kit; the instructions included in the kit said nothing about greasing the sockets during installation, and there are no grease fittings. Should these be greased?

i am guessing
that you have floating calipers? then these rods are what the other half floats on? there wouldnt be any grease zerk for that you would just apply some with your hands when you had it apart. getting any in there with it assembled would be tricky i think.

No, press the guide rod mount into the front subframe and call it good.
