I have never heard of such a color. Interesting...

Quick question as I am ordering floor mats for my 1997 E320. Performance Products has 2 "beige-like" colors for my car, one is called saddle and one is called parchment. When I called the dealer a few months back inquiring about a new driver's side seat cover, they told me my interior was mushroom. Which floor mats do I need to buy - saddle or parchment? Between the two, which one is lighter?

See this here: http://memphis.olx.com/1999-smoke-silver-mercedes-benz-e320-for-sale-in-memphis-tn-38106-iid-17429257

The color scheme of my car is the same.

This is relevant how? Why not start a new thread?

It's an E-class, parchment or beige, and confusion about color. Seems pretty relevant to me...

I had forgotten all about this. My '95 C280's leather interior was called Saddle in all the brochures and sales info, including the window sticker. But, when ordering interior parts (plastic) the MBUSA database called the color mushroom. If I had any mushrooms that color, I'd toss them. Saddle/Mushroom is far darker than Parchment which is sort of a washed out light tan.

Here's a picture of the car (taken about 2000). The color is Garnet Red. The interior was very slightly lighter than the picture.

I had a 2001 W210 with a Mushroom interior. It was a lightish grey shade on the seating and side panels with a darker greyish on the dash and top of doors -like a mushroom

Never seen that "Saddle" interior colour in my country.:)

That is why it's best to refer to the color code and not someone's idea of the name!
