I have some(not bad) wind noise in the front passenger door area.
Is it ususually door seals or window seals?
I tried fitting a business card between the joints and did not notice obvious gaps.
How hard is it to change seals and how expensive?

if you tried everywhere with
 

the card and found no loose areas there could be a crack in the seal somewhere. run your fingers all along the crack at speed to find the leak. listen for a difference in the sound.

I read somewhere that it could be due to door seals shrinking with age, but honestly I recently replaced a torn passenger side door seal and did not notice a significant difference in wind noise between the left and right sides of the car.

I haven't done the window seals, but the door seal wasn't too bad. It's a press fit, so you just pull the old one out and press the new one in. You'll have to unbolt the door check strap at the frame, and you may want to have some light talc or baby powder (or similar) to lubricate the new seal going into the channel.

use blue painters tape and seal the door crevice all the way around. See if noise goes away. Then remove a small portion at a time of the tape to see when noise comes back. You can also tape the inside of door to further locate the trouble spot.

Also depending on model, bent exhaust heat shield bent down into the airflow underneath the car can sound like a bad rubber door/window seal or bent body panel.

On my c-class door rubber stripping is easy and cheap, But it is the preparation. cleanliness and proper application of adhesive that makes for a good job
