While changing out my heater hose, I found out that I have a wiper heater hose in my 300 sd. Does the wiper heater have a return, or since I live in the south, do I need this hose? I presently have a new heater hose without the wiper heater extension.

I have since found out this is a windshield heater under the passengers side to keep the wipers from freezing on the windshield. And yes it does have a return flow. The hose that busted was the heater hose that is behind the oil filter .
