Drag Link Question
Are the drag link ends filled with grease? If so are they serviceable? I'm removing the draglink to remove oil pan and see alot of residual grease.

Early ones had a grease zert .
Later MB oe do not. Some aftermarket, likeMoog joints do.The Moog Problem Solver ball joint has an improved design over the stock ball joint; instead of a polymer bearing which distorts under load, Moog uses a steel gusher bearing which eliminates deformation and looseness............. Automobile manufacturers are moving away from greasable joints of any kind. Anyone remember the TECALEMIT 'oiled' hangers and joints on older cars/vans/trucks ? What happened to the hinge 'hammer' greasers ? Used to have one in every MB trunk tool kit ? .

Now that I have the draglink off, my question is are they repairable? I damaged one of the rubber boots while using the pickle-fork. The CD says you can replace the rubber seal but I don't see them on Fastlane for sale.
