I THINK I MAY HAVE A VACCUUM LEAK. POWER BRAKES NOT RESPONDING ALL THE TIME, ALSO DOOR LOCKS NOT COMING UP WHEN UNLOCKING DOOR. LASTLY VEHICLE WILL CONTINUE TO RUN FOR SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AFTER TURNING THE IGNITION OFF. WOULD APPRECIATE SOME FEED BACK. I JUST HAD THE FRONT BRAKES DONE RECENTLY!?

Yes, you have a vacuum leak somewhere. Since you mentioned the brakes are not responsive, I would check the line going from your vacuum pump to the vacuum booster (the large round piece behind the brake master cylinder).
