I got hit-grrr! help with door please
dumbkompf in new beetle bashed into my rear offside door, luckily didn't sustain any bad damage, pushed in the middle part of the door panel but has not really crumpled. Best way to push the panel out straight again? I'd ideally like to do it asap and myself if possible.

Not seeing exactly what you have, but sounds like you may want to go from the inside (remove door pannel) and push back out. Hopefully across the pond you can get a cheap set of body tools for $10 like here.

Damn he hit you so hard it knocked your steering wheel off.
The scratch looks worse than the crease. I would go in from inside with wooden wedge (if you cant get body tool) and mallet and start carefully working it back out. I was wrong they are $20 when not on salehttp://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=31277 |
Try a suction cup puller tool on that pushed-in section. It should pop out if not stretched, and it doesn't look like it is.

if the suction
doesnt work i would just start by pushing out on the inside with my hand.
