Just had a strange electrical problem happen to me the other night. I had started the car, as usual and I noticed that my left turn signal became illuminated everytime I hit the brake pedal. It continued until I stopped and parked the car and hasn't happened since.

Just wondering if something is on the blink that I should look in to before it's too late ? My temp gauge is already dead and I have to get that looked at as well?

Thanks,

I have seen a bad bulb cause wierd things to happen, believe it or not. Sometimes the filament ends up shorting to the outside, and makes wacky things happen. And even better, the culprit bulb will still light! Try buying a new bulb or two for your brake light, and swapping it out, then trying the brakes and see if that gets it.
good luck!

I'll hazard a guess that there might be a bad ground connection in the left brake light housing. Give the brake housing ground connections a quick check.

Bad grounds can cause power to route through some of the weirdest lamp combinations. You've probably seen cars where the tail lamps work fine, but go out and only one brake light comes on. Stuff like that happens when the ground wire breaks.

BCing U and good luck!
