The center muffler needs to be replaced. I've found after market mufflers from Ansa $180 and Eberspaecher $168. Which is better and easiest to install? Is there a complete catback system that would help performance but still be relatively quiet? or should I just stay with stock system?

Also, the rear of the car seems to sit a little low, will spring shims help or should I invest in new springs?

Ebersphecer is original equipment, defenitley go with that. Also you should replace the one seal that gose bad and since your in there replace the muffler hagers in the rear. 2024920381 seal x 1 and 1244920044 x 2 they are cheap and you can find them right here in the fast lane catalog along with the center muffler. MB dose not sell the exhaust assy. You have to buy seperate. Hope this helps!

Yeah I think that the Fastlane is great also, I just checked and they even have those springs for your car at a great price!
