I am getting full heat in front,but blowing cold air from rear center console vent.Is there a sepperate control for this vent?

No, that is completely normal.

The warm air for the rear comes out from vents underneath the two front seats.

They are often blocked by carpets/rubber mats leading to a cold back seat.

The vent can be turned off to stop the cold air.
