won't unlock the ignition switch
Dear Forum,
1992 190 E 2.6, W 201 unable to unlock the ignition switch remaining blocked, and unable to start, or turn the stearing wheel. Any sugestions ? |
Wiggle the steering wheel while you try to turn the key; often this will get it going. If it does replace the ignition switch ASAP.

You really need to only replace the ignition lock cylinder. As stated this should be done ASAP as it will lock up and it will be much more costly to replace after the ignition lock is stuck.
