alt light 300td
 

my alt. light will go on and off for no reason, so i replaced the alt.
a week later it came back on, we put it on the hand held scope and
all was ok, voltage, reg,
I know you need voltage from both directions to turn off the light and it has to
be the same.
so bad ign switch?
light?
