W-140 Wiring Harness

Hi guys,
I'm new to the MB world and keep hearing about the wiring harness that needs to be changes. Can someone briefly explain what it is and what it takes to change it? Thanks

It's a bundle of wires with a whole bunch of connectors sticking out. Pretty much all the wiring you see under the hood is involved.

To change, unplug your old harness, route and plug in the new one.
