Garage Available for Moonlighting Mechanics, outside Manchester, NH

I recently purchased a small industrial condominium to house my office and in the back was a 25 X 35 drive in bay with a 10 X 10 overhead door. I installed a brand new 10,000# Rotary Lift, 5HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor and a basic assortment of tools and can make the space available to EXPERIENCED mechanics who want to use it hourly or by the day to do side work. The rate is $15/Hr or $120 for 12 hour day to cover my costs.

The unit is in Bedford NH, off of the FE Everett Turnpike just south of Manchester and a little more than an hour north of Boston. It can be used 24/7 so weekends and evenings are OK.

I also have an independent tech who uses the space with MB experience (gas and diesel) who will work on cars at very reasonable rates for those looking for a break on repairs.

If you're interested in either offer contact me directly by PM or Email at info@minoxdoc.com

This is how Click and Clack got started - renting shop space. They discovered they ended up doing all the worked so they just switched it over to a conventional shop. Hope you don't go Hollywood on us.

The difference is that I'm not making the space available to DIY'ers, unfortunately, plus there is too much liability in doing that. People who use the space have to be experienced techs and will have to sign an agreement which states they understand the risks involved and accept them. The space is un-manned, that is to say, once a tech signs up they will be given a PIN code for access which tracks their use of the space and there's really none of my time involved.

If there are no other takers I am happy to have the space for my own use and the couple of local techs who have signed up already.

I'm interested in some tech services if your boys have MB experience. It would be nice to save some labor dollars on the easy stuff. I'll send you a PM with my contact info if you want to pass it along once you get some techs lined up...
