You can't find it because it is built into the MAS Relay.

K27 Fuel Pump Relay location

According to my CD, in the E420 it's inside the car under the right side of the rear seat in a depression in the floor.

Cheers

mmmmm. And if the windows or roof got left open during past rain storms chances are the depression got flooded.

Exclamation

All the previous posts are NOT correct!!!!!

MAS relays were only on CIS-E injected cars!

The fuel pump relay on the 1993-95 E320's (300E in 93) is located behind the battery near the ABS computer. GREEN relay with fuse.

The W124.034 chassis (400E/E420) is under the seat on the passenger side.

As DOC states, it is under the rear seat on the passenger side. The relay should be green...

Talking hey thanks!!!!!!!!

Hey thanks everyone, I'm so excited, Yes the fuel pump relay is green. This is the answer I've been looking for. The reason I want to change it is because my for died from this problem before and having a spare one will keep you from calling AAA road side service for those out here in California. My BMW 733I had the same problem, left me helpless, cost me $300 towing back to my home; All becuase of a $23 fuse. piece of crap BMW. another time 300E die on the road, waited 2 hours for towing. Now, E420 died but restarted later. I just want to have one ready and in hand so when the time comes to replace one, I'll beready for it and won't be left on the road waiting.

Thanks to all that responded or left a comment, I'm sure others will find your contribution to the forum as valueable as I have. thank!!!!!!

That may be a good strategy however you will probably have to wait another 10 to 12 years before the new one fails.

You might want to repair the old one and keep it for a spare. Usually circular cracks develop around the soldered pins on the back of relay's circuit board. A couple of spots of fresh solder can make the relay as good as new.
