You have 2 problems:

1) The picture you are trying to use is WAY TOO BIG!!! It is set up at 896 x 566 pixels. It needs to be about 100 x 60. Although the picture itself is smaller than 896 x 566, all of the white area around the picture is actually part of the picture. Someone did not resize the picture properly.

2) You have not included the IMG tags around your URL in your profile. See this.
