does anyone own a 97 S500?
 

HI, I am looking to purchase a 1997 S500 after giving my wife my 90 300E ( kikiki) Is there anything in particular I should look for? any gremlins I should be aware of. The car has 115,000 miles on it. Im going to pick it up for around 10K. Any thoughts?

$10k is a little cheap, how picky are you what kind of cosmetic condition is it in??

Are their maintaince records? If not pass.

Was the evap core done?

Make sure all the door and trunk closing assist works.

Having a dealer do a PPI is a very very good idea.
