2000 C230 Rotors
Are theses pressed on rotors?

I'm not sure what you mean and I have never changed any on that particular model. I would, however, be shocked if these rotors are not simply held in place on the rotor by a hex head screw or two. Remove the wheel and you will be able to tell immediately.
Good luck, |

They're not pressed on but they might be rusted to the hub. After the screw is removed a little Rustek/WD 40 and some "gentle persuasion" may be necessary.

Just held on by a single hex head screw. I find a rubber mallet usually works pretty good if they are rusted on. After you get them off, clean the area up with a wire brush and apply a little anti-sieze so you don't have the same problem again next time you need to change the rotors.
