W124 (260E) Cold Start

My benz is hard to start when cold. It runs great after starting. I know where and how to replace the fuel pressure regulator but what and where is the "cold start valve" She is a 1988 260E. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

W124 (260E) cold start

Yes the ABS light is still on. I also need to replace the cold start valve but I do not know where to locate it on thevehicle. My crap aftermarket manual does not show it.

no cold start valve

It's not the cold start valve. It sounds like the OVP or the computer. Your car needs alot of air and fuel at start up and if the car starts right off the bat and stalls and then you have to keep starting it and stalling until it takes off, its going to be the cpu for the fuel system (ECM) and/or the OVP.
