Plugs For Euro Lights: Revisited
 

OK, I've done the searches, and come up with lot's of incorrect "expert" advice and part numbers. I have ImportVision Euros and corners, for my '83 W126. Does anyone have a source( dealer, Hella, etc) for what is needed? Are these MBZ numbers correct? 006.545.80.28, 009.545.30.28, and 003.545.26.26. Thanks

On a W126
qty (2) - 006 545 80 28 - six-pin electrical connector, socket
qty (2) - 009 545 30 28 - six-pin electrical connector, cover
qty (2) - 003 545 26 26 - pin, connector (female pin sockets for city lights)

Thanks TX, for the confirmation! I just unpacked my lights, and one of the clear corners is damaged. :(

The connector and pins are the same six pins ones used for the tail light connector.

i just bought a set of plugs off ebay, they have the mb star and say:

011 545 50 28 (on the hinged cover) 305210 on the inside

they are 6 pin and say W123, W124, W201

can they be used on W126 also? they look shorter than the w126 tailight plugs.

That always bites:mad: If you clear corners come with the cheap thumb nuts to secure them - use the ones off your OEM corners. That way they won't fly off one day.
