I recently had the car checked out for a rough start and some braking problems. The fuel accumulator was replaced, along with the distributor cap and the rotor. This solved the rough start, however there is still a rough idle. This occurs after the initial acceleration, after one or two stops, the rpm's drop and the oil pressure drops. The car sounds like it's barely able to run at stops with the rough idle. Also I notice a hesitation at 50 - 55 mph..the car feels jerky almost...for lack of a better word, but its not severe..and goes away once I reach 60+. Any input before I go to the shop?
