Data card help

Hi

I have a new to me 85 300tdt that was bought in Germany and was then imported to the US. I have the owners manual with data sheet and I am trying to figure out if it has a block heater installed. I have looked around the engine bay and I see no plug, I have tried looking on the engine block but I just can't fit my fat head under the car! My driveway is all wet and snow covered. The car was sold in Germany so my hope is that if one is there the cord may be missing and just needs to be replaced

PS I tried MBRussia Vin decoder, doesn't work for mine

Thanks
