I bought Mitchell on demand 2 CD repair manual but when I try to install I get the message set up disk is in invalid drive run setup.exe from A:\ B:\ or D:\ But I got floppy in drive A where setup.exe is and CD in drive D but still that message anyone that have installed this repair manual bought this from eurotransmission so its a legal CD no copy.

I don't know what they're doing now, but Mitchell used to install with a one-use floppy. Once you run the install, the floppy is unusable.
