Rough starting MBenz C200 Auto Elegance
 

My car has a rough idle when I start it in the morning. I have to switch off
and upon restart the idle is ok. However, after taking off the car is very
sluggish and I sometimes have to go off the road to stop and restart.
Upon kick-down the car sometimes slows down and does not change into
a lower gear. Please help urgently guys.
