Passenger Side Outside Mirror Housing Wiggles

The Passenger Side Outside Mirror Housing Wiggles back and forth. I pushed the mirror housing towards the door glass which exposed three screws. I attempted to tighten the screws but they were already tight. Is there any other possible fix for the mirror housing being loose? Thanks.

If I understand your post, rotate your mirror control switch to the back and pull back. This will retract both mirrors, once back, push the switch forward to reset the mirrors. This should firm them up.
