300TD Banjo fitting with plastic tube

I'm going to replace the two clear plastic tubes that attach to the banjo fittings. One attaches to the rear of the intake manifold, the other to the alto on the injection pump. What is the proper/easiest way to fit the tubes to the fittings? Any help is deeply appreciated!

Thanks Raymond. I already purchased the tubing from my local MBZ dealer for $3.85/M. Apparently they just refit the tubing to the banjo. Sounds like a better idea to but them already assembled.
