400E spark plugs

Hello everyone,
I am very new to Mercedes Benz and am only a mediocore DIY guy. I mainly do maintainence on my saab 9-5 aero, which seems to be more DIY friendly than mercs ( granted i have never worked on this car before). The 1993 400 E (V8) I am trying to change spark plugs for is my mother's. I have a question on how you can remove the spark plug nearest to the fire wall ( left side if you face the engine) because there is a cable that runs right over the plug's hole. The cable looks like i can be unpluged right over the spark plug hole, but it has a type of connection that i haven't seen and im not prepared to pull so hard on it that I break the connection or tear the cable, so i don't know how to approach this problem. Just for more clarification on this cable i speak of, It runs partially over the spark plug hole then runs parallel to the fuel rails and fuel injectors then splits into different wires that plug into some sensors or something in the front of the engine block. Anyways i'd appriciate some advice.

Thank you.

Just take out the allen bolt that holds it down, lift it up and move it out of the way, gently unless you have nice pliable new wiring harness.
