Electical problems w/ my 85 300turbo diesel

the other day I was driving, and I lost power to all my windows, lost my turn signals, fuel guage, tachometer, temp guage. My headlights work, and my radio works, I checked the fuses, they were all fine, none of them were blown. I am wondering what is causing this problem. The car starts fine, I am wondering if it is an alternator or voltage regulator issue, anyway to tell. Anyhelp with this problem would be appreciated

May want to change that fuse anyway. I have heard that they can be bad, even though they look OK.
