SL500 Headlight Upgrade?
 

A friend has a 1994 SL500 US model. He complains about the anemic headlights. I am not familiar with these cars, however I have upgraded several W201s and W124s to Euro spec headlights; literally makes a night-to-day change. Is this also an option for the R129 models? Thanks

Later-year R129s had projector headlights.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know from what year these lights were available and are they direct replacements for the earlier R129s?
