found on my 88 190e 2.3 an sensor called"altitude sensor". Does anyone know what is for?

Altitude compensation = fuel air mix compensation for atmospheric pressure variation.

It corrects the basic mixture determined by the mechanical portion of the CIS-E system for altitude so the "E" part doesn't run out of control authority to correct to stoichiometric.

The "altitude correction capsule" is usually located in the electrical compartment behind the battery.
