Power steering fluid location on 420sel ?

1987 420sel, no manual, where does the ps fluid go, and exactly where is that location on the engine?

reservior should be near the front just behind the fan shroud. Round cylinder about 5" in diameter. Just loosen the knob on top.

I'm looking at the pic posted on this thread...my 86 420SEL has the distributor cover all chewed up, like a fan belt got loose at some point and tore it up, the one in the pic looks like it may be damaged. Does physical damage make that part unusable or it is just a dust cover?
