Help with identity of relay - Part No. 210-820-21-26

Can anybody tell me the function/identity of a relay or module that is fitted behind the passenger airbag deep in the dash on my 1995 RHD SL ?
The part number is visable and is 210-820-21-26.

Part of the anti-theft locking system..HAS changed to 210-820-62-26 & requires coding with factory SDS laptop...also must be ordered by VIN do to anti-theft!
