Can anything else cause a ground problem in push button control unit?
 
Before I replace the PBU, is there anything else that can cause a lack of ground signal?

The blower motor needs to be replaced, it is blowing the fuse also due to high resistance. Can this also lead to a ground problem in the PBU?
