Question about the oil pressure on Mercedes.

Hello,

I'd like to know whether the oil pressure on Mercedes cars is measured after the oil passes through the oil filter element, or before that? Thanks.

where is oil pressure measured?

I know for sure on my 94 sl-600 it is off the main oil gallery (after the filter)
