MAS replacement - DIY? - schematic avialable?

My search of this forum and others seem to indicate that replacing the MAS on a W202 is a fairly simple procedure. I have a 1999 C230K - my indie wants $465 to replace MAS. Is replacement as simple as others say and does anyone have a schematic of the area where the MAS is located? Any adjustments necessary after replacement? Thanks for any help.

The majority of the cost that your indie is charging is the part. If you check the fast lane:

The price there is $405.

I have attached an image showing the location of the part.

Its B2/5

Skiier 3 9 - thanks for the quick reply and the schematic. I guess at that price, its almost worth letting the indie do. Although I thought he told me the part was approx $250. I would probably give it a shot to save $200, but not $50 - $60.

It is easier to change than your air filter. Save your money.
