driver side ac not coming out cold only air but passenger side comes out cold does any one know why ??

that would help...huh...i have a 96 E320..

Sounds like refrigerant charge may be low. Check the pressures with a manifold gauge and/or there is a self-diagnostic done through the HVAC control panel inside the car - do a search, I have used it in the past.

I have ran into this alot at the dealership.

In most cases it is just slightly low refrigerant.
