Questions regarding 190E 2.6
 

Hello Everyone!

I am brand new to this site. I just bought a '93 190E 2.6 last night. The light for the gear selector is burned out. How do I replace it?

The top shift knob is worn- does it just unscrew to be replaced?

Also, the car does not have the wood inserts. It has a carbon fiber look- a-like type finish. Was this a factory option? Some of the pieces are cracked and I want to replace them.

I haven't purchased a shop manual yet, but will do so this week.

(I used to have a 1986 190E 2.3 gas. Just got rid of it @ 230K miles. A lot of little stuff was going wrong with it.)
