My windshield washer pump stopped working on my 89 300E. The headlight washer pump still works though. Is there a fuse for the pump or should I just get a new one?

Get a new pump. This is common. We probably have them in fast lane.
Thanks.

I agree with Donnie. My WW pump went out last year. You can prove it's the pump by switching the headlight washer pump with the WW pump. This also allows you to have a working WW pump while you're waiting for the new pump to be delivered. (Once it does come, however, I'd move the "old" pump back to the headlight washer position so you have the "new" pump at the most important position.)
Should be a 5-minute job. You may have to remove the tank -- it's really easy. |

Thanks for the info guys!
I remember replacing the pump for the lights about 3 years ago. Just wasn't sure if there was a fuse involved with the pump. FYI Fastlane stocks them for $11. Regards, Sam |
